Update on donations
I am extremely happy to announce that around 45000 rs has already been donated by the readers of this blog. All the donors (except 2-3 towards the end) were provided with an investment idea – ESAB india. The recent donors (last 2-3 weeks) have not been provided with same idea it has already appreciated by 25% since then and is no longer as undervalued.

I still intend to keep my promise to them and hope they will be patient.

My heartfelt thanks to all the donors.

  • Hi Rohit,Whats the reason for Mr.Markets sudden interest in Crisil. It is a long term holding for me. But it has crossed its IV..What to do now?..I have already liquidated NIIT tech.. Iam planning to liquidate BEL soon if it runs up another 10-20%.. Not comfortable selling CRISL.Tough decision .. Whats your opinion?

  • Hi karthikwho knows why the market does what it does ?yes a decision on CRISIL is a tough one..its over my estimates ..but this company has strong competitive advantage ..so i will hold till it is quite overvalued.in cases of companies such as crisil or apaints we make the mistake of underestimating the competitive advantage and its impact on valuationsrgdsrohit
